THE GOVERNMENT OF KADUNA STATE
\nKADUNA STATE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY (KADPPA)<\/p>\n

Pre-Qualification of Consultants to Conduct Procurement Audit of Six (6) Ministries, Departments and Agencies in Kaduna State.
\nThe Kaduna State Government, through the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA) herein after referred to as the \u201cAuthority\u201d has intention to improve efficiency of service delivery by conducting a Procurement Audit in Six (6) MDAs in the State. The Procurement will enhance the Authority\u2019s functions in an effort to produce efficient procurement system for the state so as to have Value for Money (VfM) in the state procurement.

\n1\tConduct of Procurement Audit of three (3) MDAs.\ti)\tMinistry of Works, Housing & Transport.
\nii)\tMinistry of Health & Human Services.
\niii)\tMinistry of Education, Science and Technology.\t1
\n2\tConduct of Procurement Audit of three (3) MDAs.\ti)\tMinistry of Finance.
\nii)\tMinistry of Rural & Community Development.
\niii)\tMinistry of Agriculture & Forestry\t2
\nIn the light of this, the Authority is desirous to procure as follows:<\/p>\n

The Authority wishes to invite interested qualified, competent and reputable Consultants to submit pre-qualification documents to show their Technical Competency.<\/p>\n

Pre-Qualification Requirement
\nConsultants are to provide the company profile which shall include and MUST be arranged in this order:
\ni.\tEvidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
\nii.\tCurrent registration with Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA Annex, former Tenders Board),
\niii.\tEvidence of Tax clearance for the last 3 years (2016 \u2013 2018).
\niv.\tAuditors report for the last 3 years (2016-2018).
\nv.\tVAT registration and Remittances.
\nvi.\tEvidence of Current Registration of Business Premises with Kaduna State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
\nvii.\tEvidence of Compliance with PENCOM
\nviii.\tEvidence of Compliance with Industrial Trust Fund (ITF)
\nix.\tList of professional staff with qualifications and registration with appropriate professional bodies.
\nx.\tPrevious similar works executed at least 3Nr. with evidences of awards and completion and\/or certificates of payments within the last Five (5) years.
\nxi.\tAny other document that may be necessary to pre-qualify the bidder.
\nxii.\tEach prequalification document must be paginated and duly signed by an authorized personnel
\nSubmission\/Closing of Receipt of Pre-Qualification Documents
\nThe prequalification documents and other supporting documents shall be fully paginated and sealed in 2 (Two) separate envelopes. The original prequalification and 4copies will be put in the same envelope sealed and marked \u201cTechnical\u201d with the Project Description and Lot Number including the address, telephone numbers of the company at the reverse side and be placed in the MDA\u2019s Box.
\nThe second Original will be placed in a separate envelope, sealed and marked as \u201cControl Copy\u201d with the Project Description and Lot Number including the address, telephone numbers of the company at the reverse side and be dropped in the Tender Control Box (TCB). The envelopes shall all be sealed and addressed to:<\/p>\n

\nSir, Kashim Ibrahim House,
\nGovernment House, Kaduna.
\nKaduna State.
\nSubmission of Bids
\nAll Pre-qualification documents are to be dropped between the hours of 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Friday respectively at:
\nThe Conference Hall,
\nMinistry of Works, Housing and Transport,
\nKaduna,
\nKaduna State.
\nOn or before 17th July, 2019. The receipt of the pre-qualification shall close at 12.00Noon
\nBid Opening
\nAll the pre-Qualification documents shall be opened immediately after the deadline at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport, Kaduna on the closing date, in the presence of all interested bidders that choose to attend.
\nPLEASE NOTE THAT:
\no\tThe Pre-Qualification documents shall be opened at the close of submissions.
\no\tLate submissions shall be rejected.
\no\tThis advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Kaduna State to contract any company nor shall it entitle any firm submitting documents to claim any indemnity.
\no\tKaduna State Government reserves the right to take final decision on any of the submissions received.
\no\tSubmission through email or fax will not be accepted.
\no\tAll submissions must be made in English language.<\/p>\n
