The Law ensures that all procurement\/contracts openness, transparency, accountability, competition, cost effectiveness and value for money (VfM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 1<sup>st<\/sup> June, 2016 a Law was passed by Kaduna State House of Assembly as Kaduna State Public Procurement Law No.12 of 2016 after assent of the Kaduna State Governor Mal.
